All Theofit products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to the content. Because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and because you gain full access to the content at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds on any digital product purchases.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us directly at support@theo.fit. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection efforts and being permanently banned from future purchases.
